Principle

Tower warehouse: As the main structure of the material warehouse, the tower warehouse is welded and assembled with rectangular tubes, and is a gantry drawer type, used to store boards

Lifter: It is the upper and lower conveying mechanism of the material warehouse, driven by a motor through multiple rows of chains, transporting the feeding pallet to and from the material warehouse, and has the function of detecting the stacking height of the sheet materials and the height limit alarm.

Storage pallet: A storage unit for stacking sheets. The number is determined by the number of layers in the material warehouse. The main function is to locate and store the sheets.

Loading rack and positioning table: As the starting position for feeding the material warehouse, the loading rack supports the entire stack of sheets, and the positioning table is used to locate the entire stack of sheets. The loading rack is also equipped with an over-limit alarm device to prevent the sheets from exceeding the single-layer load-bearing capacity of the material warehouse.

Feeding trolley: Responsible for horizontally transferring the storage pallet to the loading platform and the material warehouse to complete the warehousing and storage of the sheets.

Safety protection system: including safety guardrails, light curtain protection nets, height limit alarm systems and over-limit alarm devices, etc., to protect the safe operation of the material warehouse and the personal safety of the staff.
