Automatic conveying and positioning
Steel pipes enter the working area via a conveyor line (such as a conveyor belt or roller conveyor), with the conveying speed and spacing precisely controlled by a frequency converter to ensure subsequent grasping efficiency. For example, in a steel plant production line, the conveying speed is set at 15 meters per minute, increasing the production capacity per shift to 50 tons.

Intelligent picking and palletizing

Gripping device: It utilizes electromagnetic suction cups or mechanical clamping jaws, supporting the gripping of square tubes, round tubes, and welded steel pipes. The electromagnetic suction cups, through the guide rail and electromagnetic block assembly, achieve a gripping accuracy of ±0.1mm.

Stacking form: By adjusting the angle of the stacking roller, various stacking forms such as square packs and hexagonal packs can be achieved. For example, hexagonal packing can save 15% of storage space.

Quality inspection and adjustment
After each layer is stacked, the equipment detects its stability through a laser sensor. If any tilt or misalignment is detected, the robotic arm automatically adjusts its posture or re-stacks the items to ensure the package shape is compact and neat.

Rotating and telescoping device: It supports 360° horizontal rotation and 2-meter horizontal telescoping, adapting to the needs of different stacking areas. For example, in the petrochemical industry, equipment needs to stack 12-meter-long corrosion-resistant steel pipes in high-temperature environments.

Gripping device: The electromagnetic suction cup is equipped with anti-slip rubber pads to prevent scratching the surface of the steel pipe during the gripping process; the mechanical clamping jaw is made of high-strength alloy steel.

With PLC as the core, human-machine interaction is achieved through a touch screen, supporting preset program calling and real-time parameter adjustment. For example, the operator can set the number of stacking layers, arrangement method, and package size on the touch screen.

The logic operation module handles complex palletizing rules, such as cross stacking and layered rotation; the motion control module ensures the smoothness and synchronization of the robotic arm's movements, avoiding collisions or stalls.
